Most couples hire a planner, then a florist, then a rental company, and spend the next year translating between them. With Avo, the person planning your day is the same person standing beside the team installing it. Questions, Answered
What does an in-house event planner mean?
It means planning, floral design, and rentals are delivered by one team instead of three vendors. Avo K plans and produces the event while our studio designs and installs the florals and rentals, so there is a single budget, a single timeline, and a single person accountable for the result.
Do you offer full planning or only day-of coordination?
Both. Most clients book full planning, which begins 9 to 18 months out. We also take on partial planning and event-management (month-of) packages when the couple has already secured their key vendors.
Where does Avo plan events?
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys, with destination events across the U.S. and internationally on request.
Can we hire planning without florals?
Yes. Planning is offered as a standalone service, though most clients bundle planning with florals and rentals because it removes coordination gaps and usually lowers the overall production cost.
How far in advance should we book?
We take a limited number of events per season. Peak Florida dates (November through May) are typically reserved 12 months ahead.
