Our story began more than fifteen years ago in Montreal, around a kitchen table covered in stems, ribbons, and the laughter of a mother and her three daughters. Grace had always had an eye for beauty, and what began as a quiet passion for arranging flowers at home slowly bloomed into something none of them could have imagined, a family business built entirely on love, art, and the language of flowers.

For her three daughters, growing up surrounded by peonies, garden roses, and the soft hum of their mother's creativity shaped the way they saw the world. Flowers became their shared art form, something they could create together, disagree about, perfect, and celebrate. They learned that a single arrangement could hold an entire emotion, and that working side by side made every bouquet feel like a small, living heirloom.

Over the years, Aura Design earned recognition across Canada, featured in magazines and trusted by some of Montreal's most discerning couples and venues. But success was never the destination, the craft was. Every wedding, every event, every quiet bouquet for a regular client was approached with the same care: an artist's eye, a mother's warmth, a daughter's instinct.

When the family decided to open in Miami, it felt like a natural next chapter. The city's color, its light, its rhythm matched the way they had always designed, romantic, vibrant, and fearlessly beautiful. Today, Grace and her daughters continue to create together, still as in love with flowers as they were on day one, still bonded by the art that brought them here.

Our Design Philosophy

We believe that flowers are one of the most powerful emotional tools in any celebration. A lush, loose garden bouquet communicates something completely different from a structured cascade of white orchids. A suspended floral cloud above a dance floor creates a different kind of wonder than a dramatic ceremony arch. We study these emotional registers, what different flowers, arrangements, and installations make people feel, and we use that understanding to create designs that do more than look beautiful. They make people feel something.

We also believe that sustainability and beauty are not in opposition. We source locally as much as possible, working with South Florida growers whose flowers are fresher, more vibrant, and produced with less environmental impact than blooms shipped from across the country. We design with the season, celebrating the flowers that are at their absolute peak rather than fighting the calendar. And we find ways to repurpose flowers after events, donating to local organizations, creating take-home arrangements for guests, because flowers deserve a longer life than a single evening.
