Every production starts with a concept, not a price list. We build the visual world of your event: palette, materials, floor plan, ceiling treatment, lighting mood, and the small details guests remember. You receive mood boards, layouts, and renderings so nothing is a surprise on the day.

Planning & Full-Service Coordination

Florals & Installations
Florals are our origin story. Bridal bouquets, ceremony arches and chuppahs, suspended floral clouds, blossom trees, flower walls, staircase garlands, bar fronts, and cake florals, all built in our Miami studio and installed by our own crew.

Rentals & Furnishings
Chandeliers, candelabras, mirrored and acrylic tables, ghost and chiavari seating, lounge furniture, dance floors, linens, chargers, glassware, and custom-built structures. Renting through the same team that designed the room means the pieces actually match the vision.

Print, Stationery & Signage
The paper suite ties the whole design together. Save the dates, invitations, menus, place cards, escort displays, welcome signage, monograms, vinyl dance floor wraps, and branded print for corporate activations, all designed in the same language as the florals.

Full wedding production in Miami and South Florida is the heart of what we do: welcome dinners, ceremony and reception design, after parties, and next-day brunches, produced as one continuous weekend rather than four separate events.
We also produce corporate galas and award dinners, luxury brand activations and product launches, quinceañeras and sweet sixteens, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, and private estate celebrations.

What does full event production include?
Full production means one team handles the entire event: design and creative direction, planning and coordination, florals and installations, rentals and furnishings, print and signage, lighting and rigging partners, logistics, on-site management, and overnight strike. You hire one company instead of assembling eight.
Do you produce events outside Miami?
Yes. We produce weddings and events throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Naples, and the Keys. Destination productions elsewhere are quoted case by case.
What is the investment for full wedding production?
Full production weddings in South Florida typically start around $25,000 and scale with guest count, venue, and the size of the installations. We build every proposal line by line so you can see exactly where the budget goes and adjust before you commit.
How far in advance should we book?
Nine to twelve months is comfortable for a full production wedding, and peak season dates from November through May are often reserved earlier. We do take on shorter timelines when our calendar allows, so it is always worth asking.
Can you take over an event that is already partly planned?
Often, yes. We can step in as the design and production lead, work alongside a planner you have already hired, or take on a single scope such as florals and rentals while coordinating with your existing team.
