Production is what turns a rendering into a room. It is the rigging plan, the custom build, the truck schedule, the load-in window, the crew on site at 6am and the strike team at 1am. Aura Design Flowers produces its own designs in-house, which is why we can take on suspended canopies, floral chandeliers and structural installations that most florists have to subcontract.
We have produced more than 500 weddings and events since 2010 across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, in venues that range from historic properties with strict preservation rules to hotel ballrooms with tight overnight turnarounds.
What We Produce
Suspended and rigged installations: Floral canopies, ceiling treatments and floral chandeliers hung from trusses or venue rigging points, engineered and weight-checked before install.
Custom structures: Arches, chuppahs, moon gates, backdrops and bespoke builds fabricated for the event.
Ceremony and reception build-outs: Aisles, stages, sweetheart and head tables, bars, lounges and entrance moments.
Load-in and strike: Full crew scheduling around venue windows, including overnight strikes and same-night flips.
Logistics: Trucking, cold storage, on-site refresh and contingency stock for multi-day events.
Working With Venues and Planners
We handle venue paperwork, insurance certificates, rigging approvals and load-in scheduling directly. Producing at venues such as Vizcaya, The Biltmore Coral Gables, Faena, The St. Regis Bal Harbour and Fontainebleau means knowing each property's rules before the truck arrives, and building the schedule around them.

Production is priced by structure, rigging complexity, crew hours and strike window rather than by stem count. Large installation work commonly starts in the five-figure range; smaller builds are far less.
