A recent activation. bareMinerals at The Moore Miami
When bareMinerals launched their Daily Dewy Mineral Sunscreen and Gen Nude Dew In One Cheek and Lip Stick, they chose Miami and brought beauty press and influencers to The Moore in the Design District. They asked us to turn the launch story into florals.
Every choice came from the products. We pulled sun-yellow cymbidium orchids to echo the SPF packaging, peach stock and blush ranunculus for the Gen Nude tones, deep cobalt delphinium for contrast and creamy white anthurium to keep it luminous on camera. Tall delphinium and palm gave height for wide shots. Low sculptural arrangements on the cocktail tables invited close-up product shots. Each floral moment framed the product on acrylic risers instead of competing with it.
The florals appeared in nearly every guest's coverage of the day. bareMinerals reposted them to their Stories and messaged the studio to call them "the most perfect arrangements." That is the standard we hold on every activation.

How to brief us
The best activations start with a short brief. Send your launch deck, mood references, hero product shots and a sense of your guest list. We come back with a creative direction, a flower-by-flower scope, vessel and styling notes, install and strike timing and clear pricing. Most activations come together in one to three weeks, and we take on faster turnarounds when a moment calls for it.

We activate brand-favorite spaces across Miami, including The Moore, the Faena, The Standard, 1 Hotel South Beach, the Setai, the Mandarin Oriental, the Bass, PAMM and gallery spaces in Wynwood and the Design District, plus private estates and rooftops across Miami-Dade. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach by appointment.

Three to six weeks is ideal. That gives us time to source specialty blooms and line up with your production team. We often take on shorter timelines for press moments and last-minute launches. Send us your date and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Yes. Color matching is one of the things we are most careful about. Send your brand guidelines, campaign creative or reference images and we source specifically to your palette, down to exact tones. No generic kits and nothing off the shelf.
Yes. We handle full install and strike, so your team does not have to. For multi-day activations we refresh the florals between days, so day two photographs as well as day one. We work around your venue's load-in and breakdown windows.
Constantly. We are set up to work directly with brand teams, agencies and event producers, with the insurance, documentation and project management those partnerships need. You get one point of contact and a clear scope from brief to breakdown.
