About Mandarin Oriental Miami
The Mandarin Oriental Miami is a Forbes Five-Star resort situated on the tip of Brickell Key, a small island connected to downtown Miami by a single bridge. The hotel offers a sense of seclusion rare in an urban setting, with tropical gardens, a private beach, and waterfront terraces framing views of the bay and the city skyline.
Wedding spaces include the elegant Astor Ballroom, the intimate Oriental Ballroom, and an outdoor waterfront lawn that can accommodate ceremonies and cocktail receptions. Weddings range from 30 to 350 guests. The hotel's Asian-inspired service philosophy ensures every detail is handled with precision.
Our Floral Approach at Mandarin Oriental Miami
At the Mandarin Oriental, we design with a blend of Eastern restraint and tropical warmth. Orchids are a natural choice, they echo the brand's Asian heritage and thrive in South Florida. We pair phalaenopsis and cymbidium orchids with garden roses, calla lilies, and tropical greens to create arrangements that feel both refined and lush.
For waterfront ceremonies on the garden lawn, we design ceremony arches and installations that frame the bay view. The Astor Ballroom's neutral tones allow us to work with a wide range of palettes, from classic white and green to vibrant coral, magenta, or rich jewel tones. We use tall arrangements and suspended elements to fill the ballroom's vertical space.
